J. Contract termination; debarment. A breach
of paragraphs A through I of this provision
may be grounds for termination of the contract. A breach of paragraphs A through E
and I may also be grounds for debarment as
provided in 29 CFR 5.6 of the regulations of
the Secretary of Labor (29 CFR 5.5(a)(8)).
